Mental Health Awareness Month: Q&A with Zana Evans

​​​​​​​Cross country skier Zana Evans was an ambassador in the Australian Institute of Sport's 2022-23 Mental Fitness Program, delivered in partnership with the Black Dog Institute. With October being Mental Health Awareness Month, we caught up with Zana to find out more about the program and advice she has for anyone concerned about the mental health of themselves or those close to them.

100k Wednesday - Kat and Ella’s enduro adventure

​​​​​​​Kat Paul and Ella Jackson don’t do things by halves. The cross country skiers are currently in training for the Ski Classics long-distance series events including the famed Vasaloppet in Sweden which will be held for the 100th time in March 2024.

Cross Country Director Update - June 2023

From the National Team side, our first on-snow camp of the season is currently underway at Falls Creek. Twenty athletes and four coaches are on-site for five days of mostly base training and technique development.
