As Summer comes to an end and winter is just around the corner, here at the NSTC we continue to improve the facility to bring the community together for a different kind of experience.

Scott and Peel win gold and silver at Swiss World Cup

Australian aerial skiers have recorded an amazing double podium performance, with Danielle Scott and Laura Peel taking home gold and silver at the World Cup competition overnight in Engadin, Switzerland, the second time the pair have taken the first two spots on the podium in the same event.

Coady clinches bronze in big air and record Aussie medal count

Tess Coady has finished the 2023 Snowboard and Freestyle Skiing World Championships for Australia on the podium, taking home a bronze medal in the big air snowboard event in Bakuriani, Georgia. This is the most medals for Australia at a World Championships, with six medals, including four silver and two bronze.

Back-to-back World Championship medals for Graham

Mogul skier Matt Graham has claimed his second medal at the 2023 FIS World Championships, capturing the bronze medal in the dual moguls overnight in Bakuriani, Georgia, becoming just the second Australian to ever win two medals at a FIS World Championships after Dale Begg-Smith's gold and silver in Madonna di Campiglio, Italy, back in 2007.

World Championship silver for Graham in Georgia

Mogul skier Matt Graham has claimed the second medal for Australia at the 2023 FIS World Championships, with a silver medal performance overnight in Bakuriani, Georgia. Graham has now won medals at the last three World Championships, which are held every two years.

Aerial skier Danielle Scott has opened the medal tally for Australia at the 2023 FIS World Championships in Bakuriani, Georgia, taking home the third World Championship medal of her career, after claiming a silver medal in tricky weather conditions.
