AIS Be Heard

Snow Australia wants to make sure everyone within our organisation – past and present – feels safe to share their experiences and seek support if they ever need it. 

We want to make sure you are aware of AIS Be Heard, a free, independent, and confidential support service for current and former athletes, coaches and staff in Australian high-performance sport. 

We will always encourage you to use the wellbeing services within our organisation as you need them, but we also understand you may feel more comfortable turning to someone else for help on occasions. Our main priority is that you do seek and get that support if, and when, you need it. 

The AIS Be Heard website details some of the issues you may want to discuss and how they can help. It can be anonymous and there are no obligations – you are in control of your situation and how you’d like it to be handled.
