Physical Preparation Coach

The Olympic Winter Institute of Australia is looking for a Physical Preparation Coach to play a pivotal role in delivering world-class physical preparation services to elite athletes, empowering them to perform at their best.

Based in Brisbane, you will be the primary physical preparation provider at this location, supported by a tight-knit and dedicated team in other locations. While primarily focused on supporting Aerial Skiing athletes, you will also collaborate with athletes from other winter sports, contributing to their performance journeys.

The primary focus of the role is on designing, implementing, and delivering cutting-edge physical preparation programs tailored to the unique demands of winter sports.

Working closely with coaches, athletes, and support services, you will play an integral role in supporting program KPIs, enhancing athletic performance, and optimising recovery to achieve peak outcomes. Your expertise will be critical in fostering a high-performance environment where athletes can thrive.
