Alpine Event News from the Northern Hemisphere

Some of our athletes in the US have been busy with the US National Champs in Aspen.  This week the boys were at it – Henry Heaydon, Thomas Hoffman and Harry Hoffman.   Results below.  Coming up next are the girls– Maddison Hoffman and Zoe Michael.

Unfortunately Louis Muhlen-Schulte was unable to compete as he was in close contact training with an athlete who returned a ‘false positive’ Covid test and as a result was withdrawn from the races and required to go into isolation.  Disappointing way to end the season for Louis, challenging times.

Congratulations to Sammie Gaul with 3 first place results in Kimberley, Canada SL races.   Great to see some races finally getting away in Canada.  Also Louis and Madison with their 1^st place results in Steamboat. USA and numerous podium results from Sophie Mahon and Hugh McAdam.
