Expressions of interest to compete at the Annual Whistler Cup are now open! Current Snow Australia members who are U16 age (2006, 2007) are now invited to register.

Specific to Whistler Cup (CAN), it is the directive of the NAC to select a team which demonstrates the potential to best perform within the representative international field.

Please note:

Applicants must be aware of the selection criteria relating to:

• The International Childrens Competition Criteria as outlined by Snow Australia, 
• The Official FIS International Ski Competition Rules (ICR) including, but not limited to insurance and policy cover. 
• Competing Overseas webpage as outlined by Snow Australia 
• Eligible athletes must have been training overseas during international season for a minimum of school holidays and ideally a pre-camp before Whistler Cup April 7th-10th, 2022 *(2022 Autumn school break is after Whistler Cup, April 9th – 25th).
• The Whistler Cup and its participants are subject to and expected to abide by all the current provinicial health orders in place during the entirety of the event.
• All applicants must be current Members of Snow Australia and registered as an Alpine Club Racer 

The selection committee will base decisions around team selections off a number of selection criteria, listed below in no particular order, and not limited to:

• Domestic Race Results 
• International Race Results 
• Skills Assessment 
• Coaches Reports/Recommendations 
• Physical Literacy Camps 
• Potential to Progress 
• Behaviour 
• Positive Intangibles (Desire, Work Ethic, Self-Motivation) 

The official Whistler Cup website will continued to be updated with new registration forms, lift ticket forms, etc.
