Snow Australia Interschools Slopestyle FUTURES - Watilist
**Registration is currenlty closed for this event. We are working on increasing capacity by increasing access time to the course. This would potentially allow us to split into two different groups, reducing the amount of people on course at once.
Please register here for the Waitlist, and you will be contacted next week with an update.
This is an inclusive event and we want to accomodate everyone. Thank you for your understanding, I hope to have some positive news for you next week.
This FUTURES is targeted at all participants in Slopestyle competing in the NSW / ACT /QLD Interschools Slopestyle Championships. It will present an extra training opportunity on the Interschools course the day prior to the Slopestyle Competition.
Snow Australia Staff, National Team Coaches and athletes will be in attendance on the course to mentor participants and answer questions. However, this is not a ski lesson or official coaching program. Parents will be responsible for their children in the same capacity as at an Interschools Competition.
Purpose of the Event
- To create a fun and safe environment for slopestyle competitors to train on the Interschools course
- Improve the overall quality and safety of the Interschools Slopestyle Event
- Provide ‘slopestyle’ education for participants. This will include terrain park etiquette, judging formats, tips on how to form a run, feedback on tricks/runs, etc.
- Facilitate interaction with National Team athletes and coaches
