On behalf of Snow Australia's Women of Winter (WoW), and APSI's Advancing Women in Snowsports (AWS), we welcome those in the Snowsports industry to a networking night to empower and connect women in the industry.

This event is brought to you by the Women of Winter initiative which aims to champion and empower Snowsports Women to reach their full potential through professional development, training and networking opportunities, leading to an increase of women working and volunteering in the Snowsports Industry. In collaboration with Advancing Women in Snowsports, which actively promotes the role of women and creates opportunities to empower females to participate and pursue a career in Snowsports Instruction.  

The networking evening is an opportunity to make connections with women employed in our diverse snow industry, create an awareness of career and volunteer opportunities within the community, and support women to stay involved in Snowsports. In building this network, we aim to increase awareness of available roles, promote potential career paths and establish mentors. 

Whether you are a seasoned professional or new to the industry, this event is aimed at promoting and supporting the precense of women in the industry. 

The event is being held in collaboration with Snow Australia, Women of Winter, and the Australian Professional Snowsports Instructors (APSI) Advancing Women in Snowsports Committee.
