Snowracer - New Zealand (Ambulance and Emergency Transport)

It has been identified that there is a possible gap in the reciprocal medical agreement between Australia & NZ that may see participants responsible for Ambulance and Emergency Transport costs occurring during competition or training in New Zealand.

Snow Australia in association with Insurance Advisernet (IA) are proud to provide Australian Ski and Snowboard members the opportunity to purchase an Ambulance and Emergency Transport Benefit of up to $5,000 for those training and competing in New Zealand this season.

Premium: $213.50

• Includes a $23.55 IAA Adviser fee

Please note:

• Cover is for the Individual Nominated athlete only.
• Cover is only while in New Zealand and if the claimable incident has occured during sanctioned snowsports competition or training.
• Costs are to be paid for by the policy holder in the first instance and then submit an acceptable claim for reimbursement.
• This policy does not replace your normal travel insurance which we recommend all applicants purchase.
• To apply you must be a current Snow Australia member with your respective discipline. Check your membership here: www.snow.org.au/login
• Cover will commence from the date payment has been received by Snow Australia Ltd and is valid to the end of the 2024 New Zealand Ski Season.
• Applicants will receive a formal confirmation email from our IA Authorised Representative  - ALH Insurance Services Pty Ltd - Anne Hartree (ahartree@iaa.net.au) within 48 hours of payment.
