2025 Australian Junior Sprint Championships - Classic
Organised for Snow Australia XC Committee by NSWACT XC Committee. 
This is a FIS endorsed event

An individual classic sprint race will be conducted near the Perisher Nordic Shelter on Saturday 30 August.

Start Time
Approximately 8:30am, TBC

Race Office
The Race Office at the Nordic Shelter will be open in the morning before the race. 

Online Entries
Online entries will close on Thursday 28 August at midnight.  Late entries will not be accepted.

RaceFee - $45

Age Groups (age at 31st December, 2025)
MWU12 - Born 2014 or later
MWU14 - Born 2011 - 2013
MWU16 - Born 2009 - 2010
MWU18 - Born 2007 - 2008
MWU20 - Born 2005 - 2006

Presentation
Presentations will be held outside of the Nordic Shelter shortly after the event.

• These races follow the FIS and Snow Australia no-fluor waxing policy. Evidence of the use of fluorinated waxes will lead to disqualification. More information is available on the Snow Australia website.

All entrants of all ages must have at a minimum a free Snow Australia SNOWID in order to enter most events.

A Sport race licence is required for State and National Junior championships. Snowracer is accepted up to 13 yrs old for the State event at Perisher.

Information for Australian Championship participants:
The Australian Championships are held on behalf of the National Cross Country Committee of Snow Australia (SAXC).

All intending participants must have a current Snow Australia race licence of Sports Class or higher (e.g. National or International).
