AUSXC Junior/U23 Camp, AIS, April 2017

This annual Junior/U23 Camp at the AIS has three main purposes - physiological testing and benchmarking, team and individual reviews, and sport science education. The 2017 Australian Rollerski Championship on April 8 also forms part of the program.

Dates: Wednesday-Saturday, April 5-8
Location: AIS, Canberra
Athletes: National Team athletes and invited guests only
Activities: V02 Max Testing, DP Tests, strength tests, 2017 Australian Rollerski Championship, individual reviews and sport science information sessions.
Coaches: National Team coaches and athletes TBC
Cost: $100 (covering partial testing costs, blood tests, rollerski race entry) - $200 for non-team athletes (in order to cover full cost of testing)
Optional costs: Accommodation & meals at AIS $95 per night. Lunch or dinner $8 per meal (for those staying off-site)
