BACKGROUND

Snow Australia is seeking expressions of interest from Alpine athletes to attend a dryland training program in Canberra this Summer.  

Participants will work on the continuation of their fundamental Alpine skills and Physical Literacy on the Carpet slope at Vertikal Snowsports.

The Program will be run by Christian Geiger with other Alpine Pathway Program Coaches in attendance. 

With international training and competition unlikely this year, this is a unique opportunity to work with some of Australia’s leading coaches on skill development.

PROGRAM DETAILS

Dates: Tuesday 19th to Wednesday 20th January
Location: Vertikal Snowsports and BlocHaus Bouldering in Canberra
Activities: Carpet-Ski Skill Development, Video Analysis, Bouldering and Slacklining 
Coaches: Christian Geiger and other Alpine Pathway Program Coaches
Cost: $350 ($250 for athletes that live in the Canberra or Jindabyne area with thanks to the Rob Kneller Youth Foundation) 

Please note, no accommodation or meals are provided at this camp.
