Brad’s parents owned and managed a business in Perisher while he trained with the Guthega Ski Racing Club.

He made his international alpine skiing debut in 1995 at Mt St Anne in Canada, placing 34th in the Giant Slalom in a FIS race. His first World Cup was in 2004 in Beaver Creek, USA. During his career he contested 12 World Cups. Brad's best World Championship result was in Giant Slalom at St Anton, Austria in 2001.

His best Olympic results was at the 2002 Games, finishing 33rd in the Giant Slalom of a field of 78.

Brad retired from international alpine skiing in April 2007 as has stayed in the industry. He managed the Alpine Team in the lead up and during the 2014 Olympic Winter Games in Sochi. He was employed as Snow Australia’s Alpine Director 2007 to 2011 before moving to the USA for a role as Athletic Director at Burke Mountain Academy. Brad is the current Alpine Program Director at Ski and Snowboard Club Vail.
