Sporting Schools

Little Shredders is Snow Australia's Sporting Schools program focused on giving young students a snowboarding experience off-snow.

Through the initiative, kids can be taught basic snowboarding motor skills and help develop their confidence and interest in the sport, sometimes even before they have been to the snow for the first time.

Little Shredders is specifically designed for Australian primary schools, where school size or geographical location have no bearing on the ability to deliver a successful program. Any school is eligible to deliver Little Shredders before, during or after school and in any State or Territory, regardless of status.

There are two options for schools to get involved with Little Shredders:

Option 1

Contact Snow Australia directly to organise a program at your school.

Option 2

Teachers sign-up with the Sporting Schools program and follow the process to attain funding for your school through the Sporting Schools grant and allocate funding towards Little Shredders.
