Embrace the thrill of the NSTC Park with a Come & Try Session on Tuesday 1 Feb

Published Fri 27 Jan 2023

Snow Australia are excited to host a Come & Try Development Bag session at the National Snowsports Training Center (NSTC) Park on Wednesday 1 February from 4pm – 6.30pm.

Bring the family along as this session is aimed at community members of all ages and abilities, who have not been to the facility and would like to experience the thrill of going off the small jump on the Development bag.

The session will include FREE Intro2Plastic tutorial, which is a requirement of all participants prior to the jumping session. The Intro2Plastic will safely introduce you to the airbag and dry snow surface to ensure your safety while jumping.  This is not a learn to ski or snowboard session and participants must be competent riders.

All participants who register for the Come & Try Session, must be members of Snow Australia.  Free Snowracer memberships are available for this trial session, however your membership will be required to be upgraded to an NSTC Access membership for future bookings.  More information on membership and to register can be found HERE.

We ask that you arrive by 3pm to have your equipment checked and to watch the safety video prior to the Intro2Plastic.  You will be required to wear a helmet, gloves and ensure that your arms and legs are covered. You will get wet so ensure you have adequate clothing! Please make sure that your board or skis have no cracks in the metal edges as this will be checked prior to the session.

Cost for the Come & Try session is $60 (normally valued at $100 for non-financial members).

Bookings can be made via the Snow Australia website.  Click HERE for more details. You will require your Snow Australia membership username and password to book.
