Cross Country TD Seminar in Melbourne

A Cross Country Skiing FIS Technical Delegate (TD) Seminar is to be held in Melbourne and at Lake Mountain on April 28-30. The seminar will be led by Sandra Paul, one of Australia's leading FIS TDs, and Finn Marsland, FIS TD and member of the FIS Cross Country Rules & Control Committee, and held in conjunction with the FIS rollerski races being held on that weekend.
Seminar Details
Day 1: Friday 28 April, Snow Australia offices, Docklands
Day 2: Saturday 29 April, Studley Park
Day 3: Sunday 30 April, Lake Mountain
Australia is in need of new TDs at both National and FIS level. TDs are responsible for ensuring racing are are safe and fair and run according to competition rules, and work together with the chief of race as part of the race jury. The most suitable candidates are usually ex-athletes who have competed at a high level, or experienced race organisers.
