This OPA event will prove to be a crucial part of their preparation for the 2020 Winter Youth Olympic Games in Lausanne from 9-22 January.

The Australian team will compete across three days of competition, kicking off with a 1km Freestyle Sprint for women and a 1.5km sprint for the men on day one. This will be followed by a Mass Start Freestyle event on 20 December, with women taking on a 10km race while men contest a 15km event.

The third day of competition will be a classic interval start – 5km for the women and 10km for men.
