Leading Edge: Women in Snowsports Leadership Workshop

Women and girls in snowsports are invited to join SSA for a one day workshop designed to develop leadership skills.
Participants will learn to recognise the value of the skills they’ve already developed while competing or working in the field, and how to transfer these attributes into corporate and community leadership roles when they are ready.
Drawing on the experience of guest panelist, Aerial skiing Olympic gold medalist and IBM Senior Executive Alisa Camplin, the day will focus on goal setting, commitment, time management, resilience and performance under pressure.
