Mogul action returns to Mt Buller with the 2022 Adams jNats a great success
Published Mon 08 Aug 2022
Mogul skiing competition has returned to Mt Buller for the first time since 2019, with the 2022 Adams jNats run under lights on Saturday August 6, with great crowds on the Chamois run.
Competitors took on the full 195m length course, with qualification rounds earlier in the day with the top-10 in each division advancing to the night finals.
The Junior division (born Jan 1 to Dec 31, 2008) was won by recently selected Australian Development Team/NSW Institute of Sport athletes Edward Hill and Indi Speirs who returned to their home mountain for the event and put down spectacular finals runs to claim victory.
In the Youth division (born Jan 1, 2009, or later), TBR skiers Kayleigh Yap and Jasper Wong took home gold medals.
With many athletes not having competed for close to three years, the event served as a great warm up for events to come later in the season such as the Victorian Interschools and ABOM Mogul Challenge.
