MBRC are currently looking for a part time Technical Director to join the Club.
Reporting to the Club General Manager (GM), the Technical Director will join the leadership team and be instrumental in further developing and implementing a world-class, high-performance program for our athletes.
The role has 4 direct reports & is responsible for leading, supporting and developing the Head Coaches for each program stream. To support the management of the clubs members and coaches, the position will have a 50% on snow focus & 50% off snow focus.
