During National Volunteer Week we have been highlighting some of the fantastic individuals who keep giving their time and energy to the sport and pastime they enjoy. Most snowsports events and organisations simply cannot function without volunteers, and we want to find more about what makes them tick. We have created two surveys which we would like all members of the snowsports community to fill out whether you currently volunteer or not. We want to find out what motivates you to participate, but also the barriers which stand in the way of people giving back. We also want to find out from organsations where their needs lie, and where there are gaps from a volunteering perspective.
