NSTC offers world-class facilities to other sports

Snow Australia is pleased to offer sporting organisations around Australia the opportunity to use one of the country's newest and most-advanced training facilities.
The National Snowsports Training Centre (NSTC) is a world-class, multipurpose facility just two hours’ drive from Canberra at the gateway to the Snowy Mountains.
Officially opened in 2024, the NSTC is a year-round, high-performance, community-accessible training and conference venue.
While already the domestic training base for hundreds of Australia's leading winter athletes and rising stars of the sport, the facility is also available for use by other sports with the facilities adaptable to meet wide-ranging training needs.
Located in Jindabyne NSW, the NSTC is a unique destination for summer and winter sports athletes and teams. It is home to Australia's elite winter sports programs, developed in collaboration with Snow Australia, NSWIS and OWIA. The NSTC is a designated Australian Olympic and Paralympic Training Centre.
The NSTC features high-performance gyms, an acrobatics centre, ski and snowboard airbag parks, recovery and rehabilitation spaces and a dedicated learning hub. Additionally, the NSTC offers self-contained accommodation within walking distance of the training centre, making it an ideal location for training camps, team-building events, and athlete development programs.
In addition to the on-site amenities, the surrounding alpine environment offers opportunities for activities such as mountain biking, road cycling, hiking, water-based sports (Lake Jindabyne) and, of course, snowsports during the winter season. The NSTC has already hosted camps for ACT Brumbies, NSWIS Rowing and Cycling teams, Athletics Australia along with several international snowsports teams.
The NSTC provides access to world-class training resources, flexible meeting spaces and a dedicated camp/program coordination service for visiting programs/teams whether elite high-performance or a community-based sports group.
