Para Alpine Skiing World Cup season will kick off in Kuhtai

The World Para Alpine Skiing World Cup season will kick off in Kuhtai, Austria, from 19-22 December, following the cancellation of what was due to be the first 2017/18 World Cup in St. Moritz, Switzerland, on 13 December.
Kuhtai will feature up to 121 athletes from 29 nations competing across slalom and giant slalom events in all three men’s and women’s categories.
Australia will be well represented with World Champion Mitchell Gourley, Jonty O’Callaghan, Victoria Pendergast, Melissa Perrine (and Guide, Christian Geiger), Shaun Pianta (and Guide Jeremy O'Sullivan), Patrick Jensen (and Guide Lara Falk) and Mark Soyer set to take to the line.
The International Paralympic Committee is bringing all the action from the World Para Alpine Skiing World Cup Series live across their channels. All events will be livestreamed on the World Cup site, IPC's YouTube channel and the World Para Alpine Skiing Facebook page.
