Administration Officer
This role will provide effective and efficient administrative support relating to the smooth operations of the NSTC Facility through activities and programs for High Performance Athletes/Programs, Pathway and Community based activity/sessions. Additional responsibilities may include, but are not limited to, support for Snow Australia activities, general NSTC operations, Futures Camps, Emerging Talent Program Camps and community operations.
The role requires the applicant to be efficient, well organised, self-driven and possess good customer service and problem-solving skills.

Duty Officer & Program Supervisor
This role will primarily involve the facilitation of activity and the safe operating procedures of the NSTC facilities including but not limited to acro, airbags, clubhouse and any other activity within the precinct (including future development).
You will oversee the safety and experience of guests to the facility ranging from High Performance Athletes/Programs, Pathway and Community based activity/sessions and supervise programs and operations at the venue. In the absence of the Operations & Program Manager, you may lead the day-to-day activities of the venue.
Additional responsibilities may include, but are not limited to; support for Snow Australia activities, general operations, Futures Camps, Emerging Talent Program Camps and community coaching.

Program Coach
This role will will primarily involve the coaching and the safe operating procedures of the facilities including but not limited to acro, park, clubhouse and any other activity within the NSTC precinct (including future development).
The successful candidate will ensure the safety and experience of guests to the facility ranging from High Performance Athletes/Programs, Pathway and Community based activity/sessions.
Additional responsibilities may include, but are not limited to, support for Snow Australia activities, general NSTC operations, Futures Camps, Emerging Talent Program Camps and community coaching.
