Snow Australia launches National Alpine Communication Survey
Published Tue 05 Jan 2021
As part of the National Alpine Plan (Communication Pillar), Snow Australia National Alpine Committee (NAC) is reviewing their communication channels and developing a National Communication Strategy.
To assist the soon-to-be formed NAC Communication Working Group, the NAC are seeking feedback on their current communication approaches for Alpine and Ski Cross and its stakeholders, and are inviting all Alpine and Ski Cross community members (athletes, parents, masters, officials, coaches and others) to complete a 10-question National Alpine Communication Survey.
This survey will allow Snow Australia to understand current communication streams, as well as potential gaps and opportunities. Snow Australia's aim is to ensure the quality and types of communication and engagement across Alpine disciplines are meeting the expectations of the community.
Depending on responses, the survey should take between 5-8 minutes to complete. The NAC value community members' open and honest feedback and all individual answers will be kept confidential. Snow Australia and the NAC will use ratings and comments to improve their future strategy and approach for communications.
