Snow Australia are pleased to announce it has negotiated broadcast access to the FIS World Cup season, bringing Aussie fans all the very best World Cup snow action, live and free of charge from the Northern Hemisphere!

This is a groundbreaking arrangement for Australian winter sport fans, who will be able to watch Alpine, Cross Country, Freestyle and Park and Pipe World Cups from Europe, North America and Asia.

Fans will have greater access than ever before via FIS.TV, where they can simply sign up for free to start streaming the action.

Snow Australia CEO Michael Kennedy said this was a really exciting outcome after months of negotiation.

“We know Aussies love to watch our skiers and snowboarders compete on the world stage, but it’s previously been almost impossible to secure broadcast of the World Cup events for Australian viewers due to the complex nature of the sports broadcast agreements. Thankfully this is resolving and FIS is working hard towards a more global solution,” he said.

“We’re really pleased to have negotiated access to FIS.TV for Australian audiences, and to deliver this service free of charge in 2023/24. It is a new platform and a huge step in the right direction for our sport.

“With the World Cup season officially underway, we have a huge season coming up and plenty of opportunities to support our Australian athletes proudly representing us.”
