SSA Futures: ACRO Sessions a big hit!

The first of the SSA Futures programs kicked off for the season last weekend with 30 children getting involved at the Acro Sessions at NSWIS’s Acrobatic Centre of Excellence.
The two day program focused on developing acrobatic skills for Park & Pipe Freeski, Snowboard and moguls disciplines.
Each participant learnt new skills and solidified their technique under the guidance of coach David Parr (PWSC) Leon Tarbotton (PWSC) Russ Henshaw (Olympian, World Champ and X-Games medallist), Matt Cox, Matthew Bousson and Ryan Tiene (Professional Snowboarder / Coach).
The participants came away with a new bag of tricks and a customised training plan to continue their development at home.

- Park & Pipe – Snowboard: 9-10 August 2017
- Para - Futures 2017: 12-13 August 2017.
