Published Fri 30 Jun 2017
Registrations are now open for SSA Futures programs for winter 2017, with limited places available.
SSA Futures is a development and talent identification program for young athletes progressing in skiing and snowboarding.
The programs provide opportunities for training and mentoring from World class coaches and athletes, as well as access to elite level facilities and pathway development initiatives.
Started in 2011, SSA Futures has run more than 45 programs with over 1000 participants, producing several of Australia’s accomplished athletes, such as Belle Brockhoff and Cameron Bolton (SBX), as well as up coming athletes Tess Coady and Emily Arthur (snowboard park & pipe).
This year, four programs will run across three locations in NSW and Victoria focussing on freestyle, snowboard cross and one for those with a disability.
