2019 PARA ALPINE WORLD CHAMPIONSHIPS ACTION CONTINUES

The last of the technical events at the 2019 World Para Alpine Skiing Championships have wrapped up and competitors will now travel to event co-host city Sella Nevea, Italy, where the speed events will be held from 29 January to 1 February.

MOGULS TAKE TO TREMBLANT SLOPES

Over a dozen Aussie mogul skiers will look to continue their strong results at this weekend’s FIS Freestyle World Cup in Tremblant, Canada.

Last week’s Lake Placid World Cup tour event produced Jakara Anthony’s first ever World Cup gold medal, a bronze for Matt Graham and finals appearances to fellow Aussies Britt Cox and Brodie Summers.

KENNEDY-SIM LANDS IN BLUE MOUNTAIN

After reaching the FIS World Cup semi-finals in Sweden last weekend, ski cross rider Sami Kennedy-Sim will look to continue her solid form.

Coming off her best result in the season so far, she will be looking to lay down an even better run in Canada before the 2019 FIS World Championships get underway on 1 February.

GERMANY TO HOST ALPINE WORLD CUP

Great Small will line up in Garmisch-Partenkirchen, Germany for the next round of FIS Alpine World Cup action.

Tomorrow she will be on snow in the Ladies Downhill, followed by Ladies Super G on Sunday.

X GAMES NEXT EVENT FOR SCOTTY JAMES

After grabbing his third consecutive gold medal of the season at last week’s Laax Open, Snowboarder Scotty James is eyeing off the X Games in Aspen.

The 24-year-old athlete will take part in the Monster Energy Men's Snowboard SuperPipe this Sunday 27 January.

JUNIOR SNOWBOARD HALFPIPE WORLD CHAMPIONSHIPS

Tomorrow, Australia’s 13-year-old Valentino Guseli will be shredding against the world’s best young talent at the FIS Snowboard Junior World Championships at Leysin, Switzerland

FIS NORDIC JUNIOR WORLD SKI CHAMPIONSHIPS TO WRAP UP

Three events remain for our Australian riders at the 2019 FIS Nordic Junior/23 World Ski Championships in Finland.
