There’s no sign of snowsports action slowing down for our Aussie riders with on snow competition in abundance this weekend.

Read on to find out which ski and snowboard athletes will be on show across the globe.

BURTON US OPEN SNOWBOARD HALFPIPE SEMI FINALS UP NEXT

Fresh off Tuesday's Burton US Open Junior Jam gold medal Valentino Guseli’s confidence will be sky high for his appearance in today’s Men’s Snowboard Halfpipe Semi Finals alongside Scotty James and Kent Callister in Vail, Colorado.

James will be aiming for an incredible sixth straight halfpipe gold medal in 2019 after he has already claimed five gold medals in the lead up to this event including his third World Championship title earlier this month.

Callister is also coming off a solid performance from the Utah World Championships after finishing 5th in the Men’s Snowboard Halfpipe event.

SPAIN UP NEXT FOR SNOWBOARD CROSS WORLD CUP

Australian Snowboard Cross riders return to Europe for the next installment of their FIS 2018/19 World Cup season.

In total six Aussies including Jarryd Hughes, Alex Pullin, Cam Bolton, Adam Lambert, Adam Dickson and Josh Miller will lay it down in Baqueira Beret (Spain) for Saturday’s penultimate World Cup race.

Bolton will be hopeful of continuing his strong form after his maiden World Cup victory on the last stop in Germany.

FIS NORDIC WORLD CHAMPIONSHIPS CONTINUE

The Aussie contingent’s involvement in the 2019 FIS Nordic World Championships at Seefeld, Austria will wrap up this weekend when the Freestyle Mass Satrt races conclude.

On Saturday Jessica Yeaton and Barabara Jezersek will line up for the Ladies 30km Freestyle Mass Start while on Sunday the men will compete in the Men’s 50km Freestyle Mass Start.

SMALL MOVES ONTO RUSSIA

Coming off her highest World Cup downhill placing of the season last week in Switzerland, NSWIS Alpine Skier Greta Small now heads to the next World Cup event in Rosa Khutor, Russia.

The site of the 2014 Olympic Winter Games will host the Ladies Downhill (Saturday) and Super G (Sunday) speed events.

PARA SNOWBOARD WORLD CUP CIRCUIT RETURNS

After a month since their last Para Snowboard World Cup stop, Paralympians Simon Patmore, Ben Tudhope and Sean Pollard will be itching to race next week in La Molina, Spain.

Kicking off on Monday, the Australian men will compete in four races each, including two Banked Slalom events (Monday and Tuesday), as well as two Snowboard Cross races later in the week (Thursday and Friday).

This is the last official event before the Para Snowboard World Championships late next month.

FINAL AERIALS WORLD CUP TO GET UNDERWAY IN CHINA

The Aussie Aerials trio of Laura Peel, Britt George and Abbey Wilcox will fly one last time in the last event of the FIS freestyle 2018/19 season.

Two events across Saturday and Sunday will be held on the Chinese slopes of Shimao Lotus Mountain.
