Our Aussie snowsports athletes aren't finished yet in the northern hemisphere, with a strong showing by our national snowboard riders due to go down over the next few days.

CALLISTER AND ARTHUR BACK IN ACTION AT MAMMOTH MOUNTAIN

The Australian duo of Kent Callister and Emily Arthur are at California’s Mammoth Mountain (USA) for the finals of the 2018/19 FIS Snowboard halfpipe World Cup season. 

However, the Olympians biggest test will be Mother Nature with a variable forecast that is calling for some periods of heavy snow over the coming days the schedule will be a work in progress as officials and organisers seek to run the event around the weather. 

At this stage halfpipe qualifiers are slated for 7 March, with the finals to take place on Saturday, 9 March.

When they do get on snow, both Kent and Emily will be looking to finish strong seasons off on a high note.

PARA SNOWBOARDERS ON SPANISH SNOW

After a great start to their final Para Snowboard World Cup event before the World Championships later this month, Ben Tudhope, Simon Patmore and Sean Pollard are now focused on their Banked Slalom races in La Molina, Spain.

After Tudhope claimed a gold and and silver earlier in the week, along with Patmore's gold on day one in the Snowboard Cross events, all three Aussies will be looking to continue the Aussie medal rush in the last two Banked Slalom races.
