Board Meeting #197

The Snow Australia Board held its 197th meeting on Friday March 7, 2025. Below is a summary of the key outcomes and decisions made at the meeting:

Annual General Meeting

The AGM was successfully conducted with members approving:

• The audited accounts
• The Annual Report
• The re-election of Daniel Bosco and Jacky Storer to the Snow Australia Board
• A special resolution to amend the constitution with the purpose of:
  • Modernising gender equity requirements
  • Reflecting changes to new selection processes
  • Including new Board Committees
  • Including and updating references to relevant documents governing Board Committees

Board Leadership Appointments

Following the 31st AGM the following Board appointments were made:

• Chair: Daniel Bosco was elected as the new Chair of Snow Australia.
• Vice-Chair: Jacky Storer was elected as the Vice-Chair.
• Elected Directors: Kim Clifford and Scott Kneller were reappointed.

Athlete Committee Confirmation

The Board confirmed the proposed members of the Athletes Committee with an announcement of membership to be made shortly.

Governance & Policies

The updated and approved Terms of Reference for various committees (NDCs, Selection Committee, FRG) are now available on the Snow Australia website.
