Women of Winter Falls Creek networking event a success

The Falls Creek Women of Winter Networking evening was held on Wednesday, the second of the Industry Careers series.

Over 35 people were in attendance from a diverse range of the snow industry including  coaches, APSI instructors, child care, lodge owners, Falls Resort Management Board, hospitability, Falls Creek Ski Lifts, and even staff from Mt Buller!

It was an opportunity for women in the industry to meet new people, understand career pathways, and ask questions to the expert speakers.

Snow Australia extends gratitude and  thanks to speakers on the evening who included: 

• Amy Hodge, Falls Creek Resort Services Manager

• Kat Paul, Australian Cross Country Skier

• Bobbi Kelly, Former Paralympic Alpine Guide and current assistant to the Executive Assistant at Falls Creek Alpine Resort

• Bec Clark, Snow Australia Community Engagement Manager

• Sammi Tatterson from Falls Creek

• Emma Edwards from Falls Creek

The final networking evening in the series will be held at Hotham on Monday August 12.
