XC Coach Workshops

A series of XC Coach Technique workshops are set be held at Falls Creek and Perisher in the coming weeks. Dates and locations are provided below, with links for online registration.

• Saturday June 30 - XC Coach Level 2 Technique Workshop (Classic & Freestyle) - Falls Creek
• Monday July 9 - XC Coach Level 1 Technique Workshop (Classic*) - Perisher
• Sat/Sun July 14/15 - XC Coach Level 1 Technique Workshop (Classic & Freestyle) - Falls Creek
• Monday July 16 - XC Coach Level 1 Technique Workshop (Freestyle*)- Perisher

The Level 2 Technique Workshop is open only to accredited Level 1 and 2 coaches and Level 1 coaches in training already working at the state level. This workshop will be led by National Team Head Coach Valerio Leccardi, with the aim of bringing a unified approach to technique training at state and national level.

The Level 1 Technique Workshops are open to any coaches in training who have completed the ASC online general coaching principles, or any current or expired coaches looking for a technique refresher. The workshops at Perisher will be led by NSWXC winter coach Jeremy Hecker; the workshop at Falls Creek by 2018 World Junior Championship coach Robert Jones.
