Ready for XC Leaders Forum #2

The second of two community XC Leaders Forums this spring is coming up this Saturday November 24 at the AIS in Canberra. Forum topics will include an evaluation of the current cross country skiing athlete development model, experiences from past pathway programs, and alternatives for future pathway development and structure. The role of SSA, the States, Clubs and Interschools in both athlete recruitment and development will be explored.
